Role OverviewThe Quality Assurance Engineer will play an essential role in defining and implementing testing strategies and methodologies to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for improving processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with development and product management teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing of applications to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, report findings, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain and enhance the automated testing infrastructure and ensure that automated tests are reliable and maintainable.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members and foster a culture of quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation purposes is a plus.
