Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Promote NEXT's employer brand to attract candidates and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities and enhancing their experience.
  • Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) are a plus.
