Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to solution delivery.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our solutions meet client requirements and address their pain points.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software and hardware solutions relevant to our industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
