Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our stack.
• Document development processes, APIs, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
