Role OverviewThe Network Engineer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network systems. You should have expertise in network engineering, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining secure and efficient networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and enforce network security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements for various projects.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve network efficiency.
- Perform regular network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning by ensuring network redundancy.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior network staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and architecture.
- Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and security technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
