Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
  • Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master�s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
