Role Overview The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that align with our product vision and user needs. You should have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating innovative product designs that enhance usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously enhance our product offerings.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Experience with accessibility standards and best practices in design is a plus.
