Role OverviewThe Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of product management principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Work with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts and features.
• Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate product updates to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed to support product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching products.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and data analysis software.
