Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Work with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts and features.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching products.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and data analysis software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the tech industry or a related field is highly desirable.
