Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and clarify test scenarios.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle to ensure quality is integrated at every stage.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing to verify software stability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Generate detailed reports on testing results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
