Role OverviewThe UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user satisfaction. You should possess a strong background in UX/UI design, excellent creative skills, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly illustrate design ideas and concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  • Implement user-centered design principles throughout the design process, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance usability and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and technology.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or product-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to non-designers.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
